Service Description
The official time slot is 55 min. In some cases, depending on location and the day's scheduling, the lesson may be extended up to 80 minutes without any additional charge.
Cancellation Policy
After submitting this form, you will be contacted by us on the exact location of your lesson, which will be in Vienna-Meidling, or at the Musikquartier at the Mühlgasse, 30. We will do our best to accommodate our schedule according to your preference. The Free Lesson is a one-time offer. Returning customers may have to enroll in one of our programs or by individual lessons. Last minute obligations may cause you to reschedule or canceled. Please, understand that a free lesson can only be rescheduled with 48 hours in advance. In case of simple cancellation, you miss the opportunity of a free lesson. In case of symptoms that may indicate any contagious infection, please, don't come to the lesson. We will reschedule when you are not contagious anymore. Keep in mind that a singer cannot work if he is even with a light cold. Therefore, coming for a lesson without being healthy is putting the livelyhood of many colleagues in risk. The Studio reserves itself the right to reject the entrance of a student who presents any suspicious symptoms.
